Saw a few gargoyles up there...
On the walls of the stairs there is graffiti - some of it really old...
Then a look at the stonework and views up there...
Looking out towards the sea...
And a view over to the windfarm...
And then it was down the stairs and outside...
The stairs had little slit windows in them.. but they didn't really give out much light so were artificially lit too....
How far up we'd been...
Intersting in how there are gargoyles at the top, and people at the bottom...

And then we headed back, but not before stopping off at the abandoned St Botolphs Church on the Saltfleet road...
After that we headed home and then into Mablethorpe where we met up with some friends and their grand-daughter....
